It is only a few kilometres drive from the national road EN125 and the A22 motorway (exit 5). Golf course The exclusive course is spread over two valleys. The meandering fairways and elevated greens are in line with Henry Cotton’s philosophy that a golf course should be testing for low handicap players but provide an enjoyable game for the ordinary club player and provide satisfaction and inspiration for beginners. The 16th hole, a Par 5 with a length of 570m, used to be the longest Par 5 in Europe when the course was inaugurated in 1992. It’s aptly named “Sir Henry’s Challenge”.
